1936年12月，震惊中外的西安事变爆发，为逼蒋抗日，国共双方达成了一系列协议。即将在陆军学校毕业的冉华（李卓霖饰）被同学宁鹏飞（夏添饰）泄露地下党身份，招致当局厉查，冉的未婚妻石莉（章雯淇饰）全家也遭株连，冉的胞弟冉国（黄伟饰）无处藏身，只好落草为寇。七七事变后，冉华与鹏飞响应抗日统一战线号召，冰释前嫌，一同走上抗日道路。期间，邓梅（储小蕾饰）爱上冉华，无奈他心中始终放不下石莉。1945年日寇投降，当年联手抗战的冉华与鹏飞再次站到不同的立场。鹏飞的女友、冉华之妹冉辛（单薇饰）在内战中牺牲，这时全国即将解放。冉华随大军南下，石莉和冉国受鹏飞蛊惑对解放军产生了误解......。多年前，沐思涵和沐思妍两姐妹，因父母双亡被送进福利院，不久后，姐姐沐思涵幸运的要被梦州富商柳弘光和林凤霞夫妇收养。谁知妹妹沐思妍嫉妒姐姐，设计将沐思涵推下悬崖。多年后，沐思涵离奇回归，重新夺回属于她的一切。。Young people use music to express their new awareness of life and generational opposition to their parents, as well as to protest the social and political climate in East Germany.
