The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。海伦与马蒂厄有一段维系多年的幸福关系。突如其来的变故让海伦束手无策，失去了生活的重心。为了寻找答案，海伦在网上发现了一个名为“先生”的挪威博主的网站。海伦被“先生”的风趣和人生态度所打动，凭着直觉，只身前往挪威，试图寻找新的道路。身处壮观浩瀚的环境下，以及与“先生”的这段不同寻常的友谊，海伦度过了一段愉快时光。彼岸的马蒂厄很担心她，分开一段时间后，他来到了挪威，试图劝她回家。。
