本片描述了抗日战争时期，衡水湖渔民四水和未婚妻水杏等配合八路军在湖区诸岛与日本兵、汉奸斗智斗勇、艰难周旋、誓死捍卫民族利益和国家大义的悲壮故事……。Laura loses her family in a tragic fire while living in Spain. Just as she prepares to return home to the States, a member of the American embassy provides proof that it wasn't an accident. Laura decides to stay and uncover the truth about her family's death, a decision which soon places her own life in jeopardy as she becomes embroiled in murder, stolen diamonds, cover- up...。少しは面白い事でも起きないのか？　などとぼやきつつつも、特に自分からはなにをするでもなく、ゆうちゃんや、いきなり割り込んできた（と勝手に思っている）　こみなんとかさん達と怠惰な中学生活を過ごしている智子。そんなある日、拾った鍵で立ち入り禁止の屋上へと忍び入る智子。妙な開放感を味わっているさなか、見知らぬ下級生まで屋上に紛れ込んできてしまった。焦るあまり、智子はキテレツな行動に打って出るのだった。。
